I really like this! Against a Blue deck, it's a pleasing way to make your opponent actually think if they want to counter something. In a G/U deck, it's a nice little bonus that's probably not easily abusable. --CH

The MTG: Conspiracy effect has moved firmly to blue now, and the part-fog effect could be blue (cf MTG: Wall of Vapor). I just love the flavour of the two "mist" abilities coming together; the instant-speed mass-creature-type-shifting could be cool too... --AlexChurchill

I had to make it legendary to balance its last ability, since the sacrifice is part of the effect and not the cost.
That is remarkably cool. As such, I've moved it up to the "cool cards" section. --AC

Okay, the "blue" bit is a bit odd, but otherwise it's very red. Amusingly, it does nothing unless you have a mana sink around, at which point it becomes terrifyingly good.
All Black, All The Time Instant (black) Choose one: target blue creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn; or you may return any number of cards from your graveyard to play; or destroy target nonblack creature; or sacrifice any number of permanents. ~this~ deals that much damage to two target creatures
How many black choices can we cram onto a single card? Again the "blue" bit is a bit odd, and the second choice is way too good (and should say "creature cards"), but otherwise this is a formidable black card.

Utterly intriguing. Encourages you to play with enchantments but not artifacts. Lethal against a mono-white opponent in combination with any land destruction at all... although as you destroy each plains, you do risk giving them sorceries in exchange. Fascinating. --AC

Quite hard to get into play, and impossible to keep in play for any length of time. But definitely worth using a MTG: Nomad Mythmaker on if you have the chance. With an active Mythmaker and MTG: Isao, Enlightened Bushi or someone similar, any non-evasive creature with toughness *9* or less can't safely attack you! --AC

Any effect that doesn't end at end of turn is usually silly, but I like this combination of abilities.
