I've not seen GundamWing so I can't comment on use in that, but:

Omae wo Korosu - (eg. Naruto / DragonBall? / RurouniKenshin?) - I'll kill you! / I'm killing you! (informal non-past form)
Omae wo Korosou - (eg. Naruto) "let's kill you!" or "I'm gonna kill you!" (volitional/hortative form)
Sumimasen, anata wo Koroshimasu - (eg. Naruto) "Excuse me for troubling you, but I'm going to kill you" (polite non-past form)

I can perfectly imagine:

Omae wo Korose - Kill you!! (similar to "Drop Dead!" I guess), or maybe "Be killed!!"
