A duck sits by the side of a lake, pondering the age-old question: is she a girl dreaming she is a duck, or a duck dreaming she is a magical princess? Deranged storyteller turns up and supplies her with the answer "yes". He then suggests that she might benefit from being a magical princess, so that she can find the prince's heart; he can turn her into a girl for this purpose, so long as she keeps in mind she is a duck. Oh, and the moment she quacks, it's back to the lake for her. She asks if the prince is the half-naked boy she rescued last episode, and on not hearing a negative agrees to let the deranged storyteller do whatever he likes.
The girl watches the prince, who is incapable of saying anything except "I don't care" and "maybe". Due to this verbal disability, the prince ends up going out with an anteater the size of an elephant. The girl teams up with her rival for the prince's metaphorical heart to get the anteater kicked out of the advanced ballet class. The anteater goes off in a huff, carrying the prince's actual physical heart off with her, at which point the deranged storyteller turns up to give the audience their much-needed weekly dose of mushroom fumes.
Anteater sandstorm martial ballet attack! Unfazed, the duck responds with a few psychoanalysis twirls. Trapped in her own subconscious, the anteater decides she prefers magical girls to princes, but after a dance with the duck declares she might, on the whole, be best off going solo for a while. The girl picks up the piece of prince's heart that the anteater dropped and returns it to the prince, giving him the ability to feel frustrated. This rather confuses the prince's boyf^H^H^H^H lov^H^H^H private tutor.
Time passes, allowing mushroom fumes to dissipate a little. Upon encountering the possibility of marrying her feline ballet teacher (which is a threat the latter regularly uses on his all-female class to keep them in line), the girl is unable to withstand the horror and turns back into a duck, and thus the circle is once more closed.
Disappointingly, no naked prince sightings in the episode itself, although there was a full minute of pale princely flesh in the preview, which implies next episode should be good... - MoonShadow

Although I'm assuming you can see where the Uke part of the recipe came from :) Just to let you know, I think this is probably my least favourite of the series so far. The others are just as weird/wonderful but contain less of the "Feel the true strength of my ballet!" attacks... Plenty of clockwork mushroom fumes yet to come...
