I can do a few drastic things that ordinary ToothyWikizens cannot (because the way they are implemented creates vulnerabilities and they are too much fuss for too little point to change right now).

These are:

completely delete pages (remove them from RecentChanges, remove associated revision history)
rename both existing and unreified pages and all links to them, including those in RecentChanges

How do you do this? I've just set up a [wiki] of the same kind as this, and some of my users are already playing silly blighters. Can you just delete it out of the page and keep directories and have it vanish?

: [action=editlinks] is your friend. You could just delete it out of the page and keep directories, but that won't remove it from the RecentChanges log; and action=editlinks also handles renaming pages sanely by going through the wiki database and renaming all the links to them.
