* ThePants999 uses http://iguk.co.uk for boosters as they do boosters at £2.39 or 3 for £6.49 and have free delivery.

NoNoNoNo. Just don't. It is a slippery slippery slope.
For example, AlexChurchill has spent literally over a thousand pounds on the game. It's bad. Go and get into FootBall or PuertoRico instead.
But if you must buy MagicTheGathering cards, then see below for where best to...

In Cambridge

Where, in Cambridge, can I get Magic cards at a reasonable price? I miss GamesAndPuzzles - where else sells them? --Requiem
LingardsGames? on Rose Crescent sell them at standard retail prices, I believe. Borders has been known to, although it seems to be a bit sketchy. --CH
Thank 'ee kindly, good sir. --Requiem
Lingards have 'em at the standard £2.50. ForbiddenPlanet sell them too, I think for the same price; I have a feeling FP may also have some singles for sale too, although quite expensively. --AC
Lingards in Cambs no longer exists. --RobHu
PeterTaylor has seen a handful of boosters in WHSmiths?, next to the tills nearest the entrance.

Online

I know of one place in Canterbury that sells them a bit cheaper than mentioned above.  Westgate Games has boosters for £2.40, and tournament packs for... £6.99, I think.  Probably not any real useto most people, but it is cheaper than most places.  --FR
