Ambient Rhythm is updated on Tuesday and Friday
The Advent Calendar starts tomorrow and will update from 1st to 25th December. I do like this time of the year. I actually like the cold and snow, although only when I'm somewhere warm and not-stranded (the not-stranded bit is very important). One thing I don't like, though, is having to go shopping. I'm not keen on shopping. Not because buying stuff is bad - buying stuff is fun, usually, especially when it's for someone else so you can legitimately get something awesome and not feel bad about it ;) But I don't like shopping because we have to go on Saturday, and Saturday is when the city centre is full of ZOMBIES!
Argh, the Zombie Shoppers are a menace! They ramble in front of you when you're trying to get somewhere. They wander in your way while chatting on their phone, completely oblivious to the rest of humanity. They spread out across the road and ignore your car, they take forever on the till in front of you and generally make a nice gentle shopping trip into an outing among the undead!
This is what Amazon is for, of course, but some things Amazon doesn't do (no really, there are still some things...) But we did survive the shopping zombies, and we have got most things sorted. So I can enjoy the snow and the feeling of the season without needing to face the undead horde again *^^*
