"Ooh," Jakin says in wonder, staring around at the Great Library. "Are you sure we have to give it back?" Mina, leading the way into the maze of corridors and bookshelves, doesn't reply. "Wait, how big is this place?" Jakin asks after a few minutes of walking.
"Very big."
"Do you know where Inric is, then?" he persists.
"No, of course not." Mina is already annoyed with him and it doesn't help that he's right to be worried.
"Then -" he breaks off as Copper appears at the top of the stairs ahead of them. Mina hides her relief behind a smug smile and gestures to the little creature as though she'd known he would appear.
"Copper will show us."
