Waking up in a strange place is disorienting, but Ffion finds her way to the kitchen by following the tantalising scent of fresh bread. Seren's gran looks up from the pot of tea she is holding and smiles. "Morning."

"How's your ankle?"
"Much better, thank you."
The older woman holds out a mug of tea, which Ffion takes gratefully. "What are you going to do now?"
"I need to talk to my family. But I wanted to ask you about what you said last night." A smile suggests it's fine to continue. "I know my Great-Grandma left Rhydaber when she married a farmer. But you said she stirred up a hornets' nest?"
