"Yes," she insists, "but did you write it too?"
"Yes, I did. It was a necessary part of the work."
"And where is it now? What you wrote?"
"In the Great Library, with the other war records?"
"So other people can find it, and read about Liss and what she did?"
"Yes."
"Good." She relaxes a little, and turns to the books arrayed behind her. Inric pushes to his feet, gathering his hat and stick as he stands up. She turns to face him, smaller even than Mina as she holds the book up for him to take.
"You can go now."
He knows a dismissal when he hears one.
