"I put it away to keep it safe," Inric answers in draconic. Mina looks confused. Nazarchtharin scowls.
"I didn't give it to you to be kept safe! It should be with you in case you need my aid!"
Despite the gravity of the situation - an annoyed dragon is never a good thing - Inric finds himself suppressing a smile. "Or in case I find a recipe book?" he asks.
Nazarchtharin grins, their anger gone. "That too." They hold out a book. "Anyway, I came to bring you this." The last sentence was in Eldarin, and Mina brightens at the sight and sound.
"You see?" she says smugly as Inric takes the precious book from the dragon.
"Thank you," he says, and stops hiding his smile.
