There is a picture (not containing Senji, this is a guy called Quintin) [here]. The council got a lot more concerned about how the cows are treated after the kidnapping and vandalism incidents (read top link). It is not generally approved of, as although made of concrete, the cows were built by an artist and some schoolkids, and weren't built to be sat on. MiltonKeynes has a lot of "civic art" and they don't like people breaking it, particularly the cows, which although intended originally as an insult are the emblem of MiltonKeynes. Perhaps "arrest" is too strong a word, but you'd certainly get a strong talking to if caught. --Jumlian
There is at least one extant picture of Senji on the ConcreteCows. I don't know where it is though.
Must say, they can't be very well made out of concrete, if they can be stolen / beheaded / fall apart from being sat upon etc. --Vitenka
I'm sure that if they'd gotten an architect to design them and a builder to make them they'd probably a) look more like cows b) be more robust, but they didn't. :-) --Jumlian
Now imagine one of those catapulted at you by a bunch of frenchmen. --Steve
