"There's a good market for wizard artefacts in town," she says, uncomfortable in the silence.
"And you expect to find such things within?"
It's an odd question. Of course. There'd been such things before, but they had all been plundered long since. She shrugs. "Well, if nobody has been inside before..."
"I see." He looks thoughtful. "I will tell you where the door is. But I wish to see the artefacts you find. There may yet be family members who would appreciate their return."
So she might end up with nothing? That doesn't appeal, but neither does leaving without trying.
"Very well," she says. "I agree. Show me the door."
